Order Processing

All our products are made to order, which means that each item is produced only after your purchase.
Production time is usually 4 to 5 business days on average, depending on the product ordered and the shipping option selected.

Delivery Times

Once production is complete, delivery times depend on your country and the shipping method chosen:

• France (mainland): 4 to 6 business days

• Europe & UK: 5 to 10 business days

• USA: 5 to 10 business days

• Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on local conditions and peak periods.

NOTE: Customs duties and possible taxes (outside the European Union) may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Possible Delays

Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, including:

• Extreme weather conditions

We recommend placing your orders well in advance, especially during busy seasons.
