If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to investigate and find a solution.
If your claim is approved by our quality assurance team, we will be happy to send you a replacement order free of charge as soon as possible.
Refunds
We prefer to resolve issues by sending a replacement order to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not possible, or if you cannot wait for a new order to arrive, please let us know and we will issue a refund.
Color Consistency
Our printing provider uses the same printing machines, paper types, and workflows across all their print partners to minimize color variations. That said, printing is a chemical process and it is impossible to achieve 100% consistency. Many factors can influence color, consistency, and the final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, room humidity, the date of the last machine cleaning, to name a few. Color variations that may occur for the reasons mentioned above fall within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered by our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged order (e.g., damage to delivered products, incorrect quantity, or a product quality issue not caused by the content you provided), we will cover the cost of a replacement order.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the shipping service, the package will be returned to us and will be properly disposed of. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, the cost of the new order will be at your expense.
Refused by Recipient
If you refuse the package at delivery, it will be returned to us and properly disposed of. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, the cost of the new order will be at your expense.
Unclaimed Orders
If you are unable to receive your order at the provided address, packages may be available for pickup at your local post office or carrier’s pick-up point. Packages that remain unclaimed may be returned to the sender. In such cases, please place a new order and contact us so we can report the issue and ensure the product is refunded for the new order (you will still be responsible for the shipping fees).
We currently do not accept returns, as the products you order are customized and made specifically for each order. If you wish to place a new order, the cost will be at your expense. You may choose to handle your own returns by setting your address as the return address.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products are not eligible for withdrawal, including:

Products created according to your specifications (size, color, chosen design)

In these cases, no returns or exchanges will be accepted in case of wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
